The constitution of EUCEB consists of the general constitution with 4 Exhibits and 2 Annexes.
Practical regulatory aspects of certification and Trademark licensing for applicants are particularly covered by Exhibit 2 (The executive rules for use of the Trademark), Exhibit 3 (The chemical range) and Appendix 2 dealing with requirements for appropriate tests to comply with the exoneration criteria.
Practical aspects of Exhibit 2 are stated more precisely in the specific regulations for the use of the Trademark on packing and for the further use in printing.
